1. Shipping and Delivery Options
   a. Domestic Shipping: Shipping amount will be calculated on checkout.
   b. International Shipping: International shipping quote will be provided as per the order
   c. Local Shipping and Pickup: free
2. Processing  and Delivery Time
   Orders are processed and deliveredwithin 7 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be provided to the customer. Cancellations

3. Returns

4. Delayed Orders
   In case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under seller's liability. For delayed orders, please contact first the shipping carrier for the item's status 
5. Damaged Orders
   Chougle Innovations Private Limited and XRobots Team is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed into the hands of the shipping carrier. If your order has arrived damaged, reach out to us so we can assist you in filing claim with the shipping provider.
6. Shipping Restrictions
   Orders cannot be shipped to P.O.Box address.
   TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation to United States. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
